IPv6 DNS support from ClouDNS

May 25th, 2010

Dear users,

Today we adding DNS support for IPv6 records (AAAA). If you want to use this technology for your domain, you first need to find a ipv6 tunnel broker, which will allow you to connect to the IPv6 network over standard IPv4 protocol. Do a search for “ipv6 tunnel broker” in Google and you should find several resources that will enable you to link up to this ever growing network for free.

Reverse IPv6 hosting allows you to modify and maintain your reverse DNS records for your reverse IPv6 subnet. It is not for single IPv6 IPs, but rather the subnet which will get assigned to you.

In form for this, you must have DNS authority for your IPv6 subnet delegated to:
ns1.cloudns.net
ns2.cloudns.net
ns3.cloudns.net
ns4.cloudns.net
